India Venster (sections of which are pictured above and below) is a challenging trek beneath the cable-way, before the trail traverses round to view more of the Atlantic Seaboard backed by the Twelve Apostles.

You need to be in good shape and have a head for heights.
You should be fit enough for some nimble maneuvering.
It includes some rock scrambling.
Catch the cable car or walk down.
3 - 4 hours one way. Most prefer to cable car down.

This does not include the cable car tariff. At certain periods waiting times for the queue for the cable car can get long. Fast track tickets are available.

Be aware, please, that in poor weather the cable car may close. This could mean having to hike down, adding another couple of hours onto the excursion.
